I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a lovely view of the garden and the breakfast and dishes served were beautiful. The hotel's interior was beautifully decorated, and I appreciated the personal attitude from the owners Jane and David. While the location meant we had to use a bus or taxi to reach the city center, it was very near the entrance and road. The separate bathroom was a nice touch.

Our stay at this guest house was just wonderful. The rooms worked great even with our college-age kids, located in an annexe that was clean & spacious, overlooking the garden. The proximity to Chelsea Road with various food & drink options, including takeaways allowed in the dining room but not bedrooms, made it very convenient. Friendly and helpful service with a cheery demeanor and exceptional handling of a small hiccup during our stay added to our pleasant experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with three separate beds, perfect for accommodating a group. The full breakfast offered was delightful and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and sincere in their efforts to provide the best service possible. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily leave the car and use public transport to explore Bath. The dining experience was excellent despite a minor issue with the breakfast options.
